Responsibilities Noblis is hiring a Logistics Specialist to support NSWCPD HM&E Programs to facilitate the development and the integration of the supporting ILS Documentation for the Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) Systems and Equipment installed across the US Navy.The Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Certification Specialist candidate will have experience in working directly with Navy Logistics, ILS Documentation, and the Navy Supply System. This position is supporting Navy customer and work based out of Philadelphia, PA. This position can be worked remotely; however, remote employees may be required to travel to Noblisworksite locations in either Philadelphia, PA or Virginia Beach, VA 10-15% for things like in-person training, customer interfacing, etc. Noblis MSD’s mission is to support the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWCPD) in their missions to enable research, development, test and evaluation, acquisition, engineering, systems integration, in-service and fleet engineering with cybersecurity, comprehensive logistics, and life-cycle savings. Additional duties may include the following: - Provide Life Cycle Logistics and ILS support for all Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E) Systems and Equipment installed across the US Navy. - Provide direct support to the assigned Government Logistics Program Manager. - Develop and submit Configuration Change Notices - Update and develop ILS Certifications - Assist in the integration of the supporting ILS Documentation for all HM&E Systems and Equipment. - Provide monthly ILS status and metrics reports, assist in the facilitation of meetings and program reviews. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree and 3 years of logistics experience. On lieu of a Bachelor's degree will also consider an Associates & 6+ years of experience, or High School & 9 years of experience. - MBPS CTDM Course Completion Certificate - ILS certification experience - US citizen with an active Secret Clearance (US Citizen). Desired Qualifications - Prior experience working with CDMD-OA, MBPS, NDE, DECKPLATE, and other logistics DoD databases. - Navy HM&E background - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
