Responsibilities: - Lead migration of legacy SharePoint solutions (InfoPath, Designer workflows, custom scripts) to SharePoint Online (SPO) - Develop custom SharePoint solutions using SPFx, REST APIs, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) - Perform content and site migrations using tools such as ShareGate and native migration utilities - Provide daily SharePoint support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning - Design and implement modern SharePoint architecture (Hub sites, Modern vs Classic experience) - Translate business requirements into technical solutions within SPO - Manage permissions, governance, and identity/access controls - Conduct application lifecycle management (configuration, upgrades, releases, monitoring) - Analyze and resolve defects, system issues, and integration challenges - Ensure compliance with security policies, SOX, and enterprise governance standards - Maintain technical documentation, system logs, and change control processes - Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and leadership to deliver solutions - Lead or support Agile development activities (planning, sprint execution, reporting) - Stay current on Microsoft roadmap (M365, SharePoint, Power Platform) and recommend improvements Qualifications: - U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Systems Administration, or related field - 8+ years (BS) or 6+ years (MS) of relevant experience - SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint Online (SPO) development - Strong understanding of SPO limitations vs on-prem (2019) - Experience migrating InfoPath (including C#), SharePoint Designer workflows, and legacy customizations - SPFx development (VSCode, Node.js, npm, Yeoman) - Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI - Scripting & Web Technologies: PowerShell, JavaScript, HTML, CSS - APIs: REST APIs and SharePoint integrations - Content migration tools (e.g., ShareGate) - SharePoint architecture: Modern, Classic, Hub Sites - Security & Governance: permissions, identity/access management Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio - Familiarity with GCC High environments and licensing constraints - Experience supporting regulated environments (SOX, security compliance) Moseley Technical Services, Inc. is an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled Employer.
