Medical Director – Psychiatry

Resilience

• Own the clinical development strategy for Resilience’s psychiatry portfolio. • Serve as the medical lead for our digital medical device for mood disorders. • Act as clinical lead for Resilience-sponsored studies. • Provide medical oversight of study design, protocol development, data analysis and interpretation. • Ensure clinical rigor for regulatory submissions and reimbursement dossiers. • Work closely with the Clinical Scientist on study execution and data quality. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Biostatistics, Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs (QARA), Product, and Market Access. • Support Medical Affairs by developing scientific narratives and clinical positioning. • Represent Resilience to key opinion leaders, academic centers, and health authorities.

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to structure and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative and comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Rigorous in scientific and clinical matters.
  • Board certification in Psychiatry.
  • At least 3 years of experience in clinical research (industry or academia; industry preferred).
  • Demonstrated involvement in clinical studies (design, execution, interpretation).
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and evidence expectations.
  • Active professional connections with psychiatric centers.
  • Minimum C1 level English proficiency.
  • Experience in Medical Affairs or medical device development is a plus.

About the role: You will provide day-to-day oversight and management of the team. You will also own daily Nurse team operations, including queue and volume throughput and staffing, and also serve as the primary escalation point for your teams. You will support strategic and clinical initiatives as needed. You will report into the Manager, Clinical Programs Work Location: This is a remote position, open to candidates who reside in: Arizona; Florida; Georgia; or Texas. While your daily work will be completed from your home office, occasional travel may be required for team meetings and company events. #LI-Remote Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $91,908 - $120,629 per year.
