Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. - 8+ years of experience in program, portfolio, and governance management, with a strong track record of delivering successful outcomes for clients. - In-depth understanding of program and portfolio management methodologies, governance frameworks, and best practices in stakeholder engagement. - Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver value through effective program and portfolio management. Projects may range from retail, restaurant, big-box store, convenient stores, gas stations, distribution centers, electric vehicle charging stations, etc. Project scope may include tenant improvements, building renovation, building expansions, and ground up work. - Direct and manage project development from beginning to end, including managing consultants, general contractors, vendors, specialty contractors, budgets, internal departments, and developers for each project, ensuring the project delivery is on time per the scope and within budget. - Manage each phase of the project including entitlement, design, permitting, bidding, contracting, construction, store start up, store turnover, and project close out. - Knowledge of buildings, construction, and technical standards with ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex project documents. Program Management: - Maintain and continuously improve Lean Six Sigma (LSS) training content for Lean Leader, the Op Ex portion of LEAD supervisor training, Sponsor Champion training, and Green Belt. - Ensure consistent documentation, version control, and accessibility of training content. - Serve as steward of the Op Ex Playbook and Op Ex Center of Excellence, including tools, templates, and standard methodologies.
