• Virtual Care: Conduct patient appointments via secure video conferencing. • Treatment & Diagnosis: Develop tailored treatment plans for ADHD, anxiety, depression, and binge eating disorders. • Medication Management: Prescribe and manage medications, ensuring thorough patient education on side effects and interactions. • Monitoring: Track patient progress through regular follow-ups and adjust care plans as needed. • Documentation: Maintain precise, timely medical records and handle prescription refills and inquiries promptly. • Peer Collaboration: Partner with fellow providers to ensure integrated, high-quality care. • Regulatory Adherence: Maintain full HIPAA compliance and stay current on telemedicine regulations and employment laws. • Quality & Growth: Report quality issues promptly and attend required training to stay informed on the latest mental health advancements.
Job Requirements
- Clinical Expertise: Minimum of 3+ years in mental health (or a minimum of 5+ years in primary care) specializing in ADHD, anxiety, depression, and binge eating across varying patient adult and pediatric populations.
- Diagnostic Mastery: Expert-level use of DSM-5 and assessment tools (GAD-7, PHQ-9, etc.).
- Tech-Forward: Proficient with EHR systems and a strong understanding of state-specific telemedicine regulations.
- Patient-Centered: A compassionate, high-EQ communicator dedicated to making care accessible for diverse communities.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving telehealth environment.
- Bonus Points: Previous experience in a dedicated telehealth role is highly preferred.
- Graduation from an accredited U.S. medical school or a foreign medical school with ECFMG certification.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), required.
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Psychiatry.
- Board certified (or board eligible, if applicable).
- Current, unrestricted state medical license.
- Active DEA license and applicable state controlled substance license(s).
