Registered Dietitian

Cylinder

• Deliver individualized MNT, including assessment, nutrition diagnosis, interventions, monitoring, and evaluation. • Support members in managing comorbidities, dietary supplements, and probiotics. • Apply evidence-based strategies (e.g. FODMAP diet, elimination diets, mindful eating) to relieve symptoms and improve quality of life. • Use counseling skills (MI, TTM, strengths-based care) to help members move through the stages of change. • Guide members in building self-efficacy and advocacy, while providing education, SMART goal-setting, and accountability. • Document sessions in line with clinical guidelines and company standards. • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal, coordinated care. • Practice in alignment with HIPAA, state, and federal regulations, following our Clinical Pathways and scope of practice, while collaborating with or referring to other disciplines as outlined in our escalation guidelines. • Maintain strict confidentiality of members’ Protected Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA and our confidentiality agreement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or related field
  • Registered dietitian status certified through CDR
  • State licensure (as required)
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones, including evenings and weekends
  • Quiet, professional dedicated workspace with secure high-speed internet
  • 1+ year of outpatient dietitian experience (preferred)
  • Master’s degree in Dietetics or Human Nutrition (preferred)
  • NBC-HWC Certification (preferred)
  • Bilingual (Spanish preferred) (preferred)
  • Multi-state licensure (preferred)
  • Training in MI, SMART goal setting, stages of change assessment (preferred)
