• This position reports directly to the Director of Planned Giving and Trust Services (PGTS) and assists with responsibilities in the PGTS Department. • The Trust Officer serves by building quality relationships with donors and potential donors. • Communicate to them the organization’s vision and mission so they can participate in funding its evangelistic goals. • Represent the Ministry and/or speak at seminars, major donor events, conferences, convocations, and Partnership events as assigned. • Plan travel to maximize travel budget by seeing as many donors as possible in a geographic territory on the same trip. • Assist donors with planned gifts, including but not limited to cash, non-cash gifts, gift annuities, life insurance gifts, wills, charitable trusts, and revocable trust plans. • Remain continuously in contact with donors with a healthy balance of phone and written communications and face-to-face visits. • Interview donors at every opportunity to learn about their spiritual and financial situation and assist them as needed with their giving goals. • Explain and assist donors with the planned giving program and processes: Explain planned giving to prospective donors and share educational materials. • Maintain updated donor records and files, making sure that all donor data is properly entered into the database. • Complete reports that are required by the PGTS department or It Is Written. • Participate in regularly scheduled phone/video meetings and share recent progress and activities along with upcoming plans.

• Monitor and complete all foreclosure-related messages, processes, and tasks on the client sites • Update and respond as needed • Act as a liaison between clients and Foreclosure South Operations and Attorneys • Perform a variety of duties related to handling loans in client systems to ensure we meet clients’ standards and timelines • Utilize reports and system-generated workflows to identify matters requiring escalation • Timely update general foreclosure processes on foreclosure files in internal case management system and client sites • Work client sites through all stages of foreclosure process • Monitor, re-project, and complete document processes for SOTs, assignments, deeds, and other documents • Communicate with various departments and respond to inquiries from clients and staff • Timely respond to system messages accurately and thoroughly with professionalism/courtesy • Upload/download documents as required • Perform any other client required system tasks • Maintain proper notes within internal and client system of record • Keep managers and/or team leads informed of issues of concern • Attend monthly performance calls with various clients • Monitor client portfolio of loans within team structure, including scorecard handling and monthly reporting

• Travel to assigned locations according to the schedule to complete compliance checks. • Perform regular inspections of Vape retailers and complete compliance check inspection forms. • Identify and document relevant facts and findings needed to complete the inspections assigned. • Perform interviews and inspections with key business officials in a professional manner. • Capture and collect high-quality photographs of evidence about the requested information from the inspection form. • Provide accurate, high-quality, and timely reports on all inspections. • Prepare a narrative report revealing potential compliance issues or violations. • Adhere to strict regulations regarding the performance of inspections. • Inspectors may be called upon to testify as witnesses, if and when requested, in administrative hearings and court proceedings related to inspections they conducted.
