Position Overview: The Director of Revenue Cycle Management will lead and transform the organization’s end-to-end revenue cycle operations across multiple states. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, efficiency and scalability of billing, reimbursement and accounts receivable processes as FreedomCare continues to grow. Reporting to the VP of Finance, this role will partner closely with Accounting, FP&A Operations, Compliance and other cross-functional teams to strengthen revenue integrity, improve cash flow performance, and enhance visibility across the organization. Through these efforts, the Director of Revenue Cycle Management will help ensure the organization’s revenue engine is predictable, data-driven, and scalable within a complex multistate environment.
