• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Technical Leads and Software Developers. • Own performance management for your team, including goal setting and performance reviews. • Serve as the senior technical contributor on customer projects. • Define and own the technical vision and solution architecture for customer deliveries. • Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers. • Collaborate closely with Engagement Managers, Solution Delivery Managers, and customer stakeholders. • Contribute to the growth of the Professional Services practice through technical thought leadership.
Job Requirements
- BS/BA in Computer Science or a related field.
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years in a leadership or management role overseeing a team of technical professionals.
- Strong experience in web or mobile application development, solution design, and architecture patterns.
- Proficiency in .NET, SQL, RESTful APIs, and JavaScript.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong consulting and customer-facing skills.
- Proven ability to manage technical delivery across multiple teams, time zones, and concurrent engagements.
- Strategic thinker who can leverage technology to advance customer business objectives.
- OutSystems development experience and certifications are a strong plus.
- Experience in designing, building, and deploying custom AI solutions to production is a strong plus.
