Job Requirements
- A exercé minimum **5 ans** en oncologie.
- Coordination et fédération des différents acteurs intervenants dans le parcours personnalisé de soin du patient.
- Empathique et structuré(e)
- Investi(e) dans le travail en équipe.
- Une formation en Education Thérapeutique.
- Une appétence forte pour le digital.
- Réaliser de la télésurveillance (➕)
