Job Description

Demand Generation Manager

Flock Safety

• You’ll design, build, and run account-based campaigns that move target accounts through awareness to pipeline across both public and private sectors. • This is a manager-level, cross-functional role: you’ll own the ABM campaign playbook, run 1:1 and exec-level ABM plays, partner tightly with Product Marketing, Sales, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, and Marketing Ops to operationalize ABM at scale while adapting tactics by sector (public vs private). • This role balances strategy, execution, vendor/tool management, and campaign performance management to increase multi-threaded engagement and measurable pipeline influence.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience, including 2+ years leading ABM programs at scale across enterprise and mid-market segments.
  • Deep expertise in ABM and intent platforms (e.g., 6sense or similar), marketing automation (Marketo/Pardot), CRM systems (Salesforce), with strong analytical and data fluency.
  • Proven ability to align Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Marketing Ops around unified account strategy and measurable pipeline outcomes.
  • Strong operational discipline, including campaign brief development, structured kickoff cadences, reporting frameworks, vendor management, and quality assurance.
  • Exceptional written and executive communication skills, with experience building executive briefs, ROI narratives, and thought leadership-driven campaigns.
  • Familiarity with public sector procurement environments and/or private sector security, retail, or property workflows.
  • Demonstrated success executing executive-level ABM plays and integrating customer advocacy into account-based strategies.
  • Hands-on experience orchestrating multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, direct mail, events, and sales outreach.
