What your day-to-day will look like: - Ensure all projects align with the strategic direction of the account. - Supervise staff work activities including troubleshooting. - SME on the account Senior Leadership for all training strategy. - Proven ability to manage performance, influence, and delegate direct hires. - Proven recruiting and retention of talent - Ensures projects meet budget and timeline. - Maintains budget for training across all training expenses. - Ensures all training requests are fully approved based on standard approvals to stakeholders. - Owns Training KPIs for the account. - Benchmarks with industry to bring Innovation to the account. - Holds training roundtable with peers to learn and be inspired. - Manages all training program return on investment to show success of innovation. - This person is an influencer, understands how and when to communicate to stakeholders. - Excellent and proven interpersonal relationships with all levels of leadership. - Based on the Life Sciences resource model, ensures staffing is appropriate and on budget. - Requests training budget based on training roadmap and strategy. - Ensures all staff follow this budget including forecasting and variance accuracies against the annual budget. - Hires technical expertise to develop training modules. - Proven implantation of ADDIE e-learning design principles and has a working knowledge of standard software used for training development & delivery (e.g, Articulate Rise). - Knowledge of and proven implements of a Technical Skills Matrix for all technical staff. Required qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or related field - Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or talent development roles - Proven track record of designing and delivering successful learning programs in a corporate environment - Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences at all organizational levels - Experience managing learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies - Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines - Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to measure program effectiveness and inform decision-making - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail Preferred qualifications: - Professional certification in learning and development (e.g., CPLP, ATD Master Trainer, SHRM-SCP) - Experience in the commercial real estate, property management, or professional services industry - Knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and learning theories - Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms - Experience developing leadership development programs or executive coaching initiatives - Background in change management or organizational development Location: Remote + 10% travel This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
