Senior Manager, Field Marketing

Candescent

• Partner with Sales Leadership: Collaborate with the SVP of Digital Strategy Management and their team to align marketing strategies with territory plans, target accounts, and growth priorities. • Plan & Execute Field Programs: Design and deliver integrated regional marketing programs—including in-person events, digital activations—that generate pipeline and progress key opportunities. • Account & Territory Focus: Translate account-based strategies into localized, sales-aligned plays that create awareness and engagement within high-priority financial institutions. • Campaign Integration: Work with Campaigns/ABM and Customer Marketing peers to ensure field programs are connected to broader marketing initiatives, brand moments, and client advocacy programs. • Customer Storytelling: Build pipeline and scale process for customer stories, testimonials, in partnership with Sales and Client Success. • Pipeline Acceleration: Collaborate with Sales to follow up on event and campaign leads, measure conversion, and report on ROI. • Brand Stewardship: Ensure every Candescent experience in-market reflects our brand promise—Experience-Led. Intelligence-Driven. • Continuous Improvement: Analyze performance metrics and feedback to refine strategies, ensuring programs deliver measurable impact on revenue outcomes. • Data-Driven Growth: Define KPIs, measure impact, and continuously optimize campaigns for efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in B2B field marketing, demand generation, or event-driven pipeline programs—ideally in SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software—strong preference for prior financial institution experience.
  • Proven success partnering closely with sales to deliver pipeline-driving field programs.
  • Experience executing multi-channel marketing programs across in-person, digital, and hybrid experiences.
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across teams.
  • Analytical mindset and comfort with metrics, ROI reporting, and marketing automation tools.
  • A creative, hands-on approach, with a driver mindset—comfortable both building programs and rolling up sleeves to execute them.
