Head – Global Technical Account Management
Illumio
• You will lead our growing Technical Account Management team, a group of professionals focused on accelerating customer value. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Training, Support, Engineering, Professional Services, and Product to assemble the appropriate resources for each account. • Develop product knowledge to advise customers on technical and industry best practices. • Track TAM portfolio assignments, progress, and results on an ongoing basis. • Inspect customer adoption issues and increase adoption health where required to ensure that customers rapidly adopt Illumio's solutions and expand on our platform. • Establish “trusted advisor” relationships with the management and technical teams on the customer side while working with our account team to extend Illumio’s footprint. • Lead and support meetings with internal and external stakeholders on major accounts. • Identify areas of risk, ensure all stakeholders are aware, and drive mitigation plans. • Generate a monthly summary of accounts’ statuses, producing improvement plans to drive adoption wherever necessary. • Travel to customer sites and company headquarters may be required.

• Own and lead a strategic book of business, with full accountability for account health, retention, and expansion aligned to dv01’s revenue and product objectives • Develop and execute long-term growth strategies for your clients that ensures increased dependency on our products and services along with driving incremental growth across footprint, products and revenue • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building relationships across all levels of client organizations, including senior decision-makers • Leverage your deep client and product knowledge to influence product strategy, suggesting enhancements that maximize client value while supporting our long-term product vision and business goals • Act as a strategic bridge between clients and internal teams, advocating for high-impact product and process improvements while maintaining a strong feedback loop • Use client usage data and analytics to identify adoption trends, expansion opportunities, and risk, proactively driving mitigation and growth plans • Partnering with leadership to evolve client strategy and ensure dv01 remains indispensable to its most strategic clients’ workflows • Collaborate with Finance on revenue forecasting, accounts receivable, and risk management • Represent dv01 at industry conferences and events, strengthening executive relationships and market presence • Provide mentorship and thought leadership across the organization, influencing best practices without direct people management
Account Manager
TOOLBXWe enable independent building suppliers to better serve their customers with exceptional digital experiences.
• Drive user engagement by identifying opportunities to help dealers adopt digital order management • Liaise with cross-functional teams (Engineers, Onboarding, Product, Sales) to build relationships, troubleshoot and advocate for dealers’ needs • Act as the main point of contact for active E-Commerce dealers at TOOLBX • Work closely with the Implementation Manager to get dealers ready for launch and manage the post-onboarding journey to drive dealer success • Be the voice of the dealer to drive product / business related changes • Drive engagement by showcasing newly released product features in-person or online • Develop scalable learning modules centered around tools available to dealers and for new product releases • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. • Negotiate contract renewals with dealers • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) • Prepare reports on account status and monthly performance metrics • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed • Periodically travel to our dealers for in-person meetings and tradeshows as required to proactively and reactively to nurture the relationships built, drive engagement and obtain feedback.
