Director, Catalog Operations, PIM

• Own the end-to-end catalog operations process for new and existing TOOLBX customers. • Build scalable workflows for product data intake, cleanup, enrichment, mapping, categorization, QA, and maintenance. • Develop SOPs, QA checklists, SLAs, templates, and playbooks for the catalog operations team. • Identify bottlenecks in the current catalog onboarding process and implement improvements. • Ensure catalog work is repeatable, measurable, and not dependent on tribal knowledge or manual heroics. • Own TOOLBX’s PIM operating strategy, including how product data is structured, governed, enriched, and maintained. • Define standards for product taxonomy, categories, brands, attributes, images, descriptions, units of measure, and product relationships. • Partner with Product and Engineering to improve PIM tooling, internal workflows, data models, and automation. • Help determine what should be handled manually, through tooling, through vendor/manufacturer feeds, and through AI. • Use AI tools to improve catalog operations and reduce manual work. • Lead or support dealer-facing catalog walkthroughs during onboarding. • Explain catalog structure, data gaps, product data requirements, and launch readiness in a clear, customer-friendly way. • Develop repeatable processes for sourcing product data from vendors, brands, manufacturers, customers, and ERP exports. • Create standards for ingesting, cleaning, normalizing, and maintaining third-party product data. • Manage and develop a small catalog/merchandising operations team.
Senior Software Developer

• Architect, build, test, and deploy robust, scalable features across web and mobile platforms using modern best practices. • Design and implement infrastructure and streamlined processes that drastically reduce the time it takes to onboard and integrate new customers. • Collaborate closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure engineering decisions drive business strategy and user value. • Act as a technical liaison, occasionally working directly with customers and technology partners to scope and build custom platform integrations. • Utilize LLMs and modern AI tooling to accelerate workflow, understand codebase, and increase speed to deliver business value. • Maintain and enhance system reliability, observability, and performance, while mentoring peers and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Account Manager

• Drive user engagement by identifying opportunities to help dealers adopt digital order management • Liaise with cross-functional teams (Engineers, Onboarding, Product, Sales) to build relationships, troubleshoot and advocate for dealers’ needs • Act as the main point of contact for active E-Commerce dealers at TOOLBX • Work closely with the Implementation Manager to get dealers ready for launch and manage the post-onboarding journey to drive dealer success • Be the voice of the dealer to drive product / business related changes • Drive engagement by showcasing newly released product features in-person or online • Develop scalable learning modules centered around tools available to dealers and for new product releases • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. • Negotiate contract renewals with dealers • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) • Prepare reports on account status and monthly performance metrics • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed • Periodically travel to our dealers for in-person meetings and tradeshows as required to proactively and reactively to nurture the relationships built, drive engagement and obtain feedback.
Account Executive

• You will sell our dealer ecommerce platform and/or customer portal to newly prospected dealers so they can more effectively sell materials to their customers. • You will prospect and find new key accounts within your region through leveraging your existing network or utilizing sales tactics to penetrate new accounts • Build a healthy sales pipeline by booking meetings and conducting in-person and online demos. • You will be comfortable using a variety of prospecting tools; such as, sales automation, phone, email, LinkedIn, and unannounced visits. • You will be able to quickly and confidently identify and reach decision-makers and be comfortable talking to Owners, VP's, C-suite of key Dealer Accounts. • Build solid relationships; qualify additional potential; schedule sales/demo appointments for dealers stemming from our national partnerships and inside sales leads. • You will be comfortable with cold prospecting over the phone and strong presentation skills in face to face meetings. • You will have a natural nack connecting with others while also conveying a strong value proposition for the dealer and TOOLBX • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem. • Maintain dealer records by updating account information Hubspot
