The Data Hub Between Lenders and Capital Markets

• Build client-facing APIs and AI-powered tooling: Contribute to dv01's External API products and AI assistant, designing RESTful endpoints, integrating structured finance domain knowledge into conversational interfaces, and connecting external tools to dv01's data platform. • Integrate with modern connectivity standards: Work with MCP and similar integration patterns to connect AI agents and external tools to dv01's data platform, enabling seamless interoperability across client workflows. • Model complex structured finance transactions: You will extract deal structures from offering memorandums, trustee reports, and other legal documents and create programmatic representations of the deals. • Enhance and go to market with dv01’s revolutionary on-demand reporting tool: Partner internally with Credit Facility Reporting team to further develop the client-facing on-demand borrowing base reporting tool. • Interact with a diverse team: We operate in a highly collaborative environment, which means you’ll interact with internal domain experts, product managers, engineers, and designers on a daily basis.

• Own the roadmap for our developer tooling, including APIs and MCP server capabilities to enable customers to build applications using dv01’s data and services • Work directly with our go-to-market teams to communicate capabilities and gather customer feedback • Develop prototypes using our developer platform to validate use cases, demonstrate value, and teach our customers how to use our tools • Create the future of finance and AI, bringing innovation to one of the largest financial markets in the world • Act as liaison between wide range of internal and external clients, including Sales, Operations, Data QA, Data Platform, and Account Management & Support.
• Be at the heart of dv01. You’ll operate as the bridge between the engineering and analyst teams, contributing to a variety of integral processes that drive dv01 on a daily basis. Every new dataset that gets integrated within dv01 will have your fingerprints all over it. • Be an owner of dv01's most valuable asset. You'll own managing and scaling the business logic in our data pipeline, encapsulating all the knowledge we've accumulated across hundreds of datasets. The output from the pipeline powers all of dv01's customer offerings and is critical to the success of our business. • Work directly with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll work with our team of analyst experts as well as directly connecting with customers to understand the complexities of the data dv01 manages. • Work with state-of-the-art technology. You'll work with popular, modern, and exciting open source technologies like dbt, Airflow and Apache Spark. Everything we do is cloud-native on Google Cloud Platform, utilizing tools including BigQuery, Cloud Run and Dataproc. The skills you develop here will serve you well beyond dv01.
• Bring transparency to the financial markets: You will bring transparency to consumer lending, mortgages, and other asset classes, by enabling our customers at banks, hedge funds, and credit originators via our SaaS offering including our Cashflows API product to quickly extract insights from large private and public datasets. • Develop using a modern, open source stack: You will develop on top of a software stack that includes Kotlin + Spring Boot with some legacy apps built on Scala + Play, and interact with data by building both REST API and GraphQL endpoints. We continuously evaluate and adopt new open source technologies to solve customer needs, so the skills you develop here will serve you well beyond dv01. • Interact with a diverse team: You will collaborate closely with other teams at dv01 to create great products. This includes working closely with the product team to understand the customer story, design team to understand the motivation behind the UI/UX, the data engineering team to understand the most efficient way to query that data, and finally front-end engineers to fully build out the product. • Gain knowledge of the financial industry: You will have an exclusive view into the system that enables Americans to afford houses, cars, and college. • Own a portfolio of high-value and strategic accounts — serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for executive and operational stakeholders. • Lead contract renewals and expansions end-to-end, including negotiation, deal structuring, and coordination with Finance and Legal. • Build and execute strategic account plans with clear growth objectives, risk mitigation strategies, and multi-quarter action items. • Proactively develop and maintain C-suite and senior-level relationships, ensuring dv01 is embedded in clients' core workflows. • Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities across dv01's full product suite, partnering with Sales and Product Specialists as needed. • Leverage user analytics and engagement data to drive product adoption, surface expansion opportunities, and optimize the client experience. • Contribute to dv01's product feedback loop — synthesize client insights and communicate structured feedback to the Product team. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering to resolve escalations and evolve the product with client needs in mind. • Facilitate quarterly business reviews (QBRs), product demos, and training sessions for your accounts. • Participate in industry conferences, client events, and trade shows as a representative of dv01.

Qualifications - Passionate and work experience in Project Management. - 1-3 years of work experience successfully managing the launch of projects from end to end while adhering to deadlines, scope, and quality requirements. - Experience working with data products and the underlying tools utilized for access and manipulation. - Comfortable with technology and finance, with experience operating in a highly technical environment. - Ability to translate technical discussions into clear project plans and stakeholder communication. - Strong technical knowledge to effectively collaborate with development teams and ensure seamless project execution. - Working knowledge of SQL or a programming language is a plus. - Demonstrated technical curiosity and foundational understanding of software development concepts (APIs, system integrations, data flows, etc.). - Comfortable working closely with engineering teams and navigating technical documentation or specs. - Working knowledge of project management tools, preferably Jira. - A minimum of 1-3 years experience working in an Agile environment. - Detail-oriented with experience in creating project plans, tracking project performance, communicating status, and identifying risks. - Strong business acumen to analyze team processes and identify bottlenecks. - Effective communicator and self-motivated leader with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
