Job Description
Recruiting Operations Associate
Casa
About Casa We believe owning a home should feel as special as the moments that take place within them. If our mission inspires you, we'd love to hear from you. About the Role We’re looking for a Recruiting Operations Associate to support Casa’s talent acquisition efforts in San Francisco. You’ll be the backbone of our hiring process - holding and scheduling interviews, maintaining the candidate pipeline and recruiting systems, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and hiring teams. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role that offers exposure to high-growth operations and talent workflows. You’ll work closely with the Leadership team and hiring managers to keep the process moving efficiently, while helping maintain the standards and systems that make Casa’s hiring experience exceptional. What You'll Be Responsible For - Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications across multiple time zones and teams - Perform candidate sourcing and outreach - Screen candidates for initial fit - Monitor pipeline health and data integrity across all open roles - Ensure candidates have all necessary information before interviews and follow-ups afterward - Generate regular reports on hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and interview volume - Maintain a positive candidate experience, representing Casa’s brand and values - Assist with background checks, offer letters, and onboarding logistics as needed - Help identify opportunities to improve scheduling, candidate communication, and operational efficiency - Document recruiting processes and ensure team alignment - Support ad hoc recruiting projects and events, referral programs, etc About You You’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy coordinating logistics, communicating clearly, and keeping multiple priorities moving smoothly. You take ownership of tasks and are motivated by helping teams succeed through operational excellence. You don’t need to be a recruiter yet—you need curiosity, strong judgment, and a structured approach to solving problems. What We’re Looking For - 1–3 years of experience in recruiting support, administrative operations, or customer-facing coordination roles - Strong organizational and communication skills - Comfort using spreadsheets, ATS tools, calendars, and scheduling software - Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously - Professional demeanor and commitment to creating an excellent experience for candidates and internal stakeholders - Collaborative attitude, flexible, and willing to jump in wherever needed What sets great candidates apart: - High standards — you care deeply about execution details and get energy from turning messy, inconsistent operations into something boring, predictable, and high-performing - Operational rigor with results — you’ve built process, dashboards, and accountability systems that measurably improve KPIs (throughput, quality, cost, conversion) in real-world operations - Empathy for homeowners — you intuitively understand the trust required in home services - Relevant operating background — experience in tech/tech-enabled high growth companies, or other fast-paced, high-ownership environments
