Role Description The Recruiter Assistant is the engine behind a high-output recruiting team. You'll keep our pipeline moving by managing new applicants, supporting recruiters with sourcing and outreach, and making sure no candidate falls through the cracks. Automation handles a lot of the repetitive work - your job is to layer judgment, organization, and follow-through on top of it so recruiters can spend their time on conversations and closes. What You'll Do - Application Monitoring: Review new job applications to confirm contact has been made. - Candidate Management: - Add all new candidates into Bullhorn from our candidate sources. - Maintain and update working profiles. - Use all available monthly lead sourcing credits across every lead source Lucid provides. - Weekly Liaison Duties: Meet with Credentialing, Marketing, and Payroll weekly to clear any outstanding recruitment tasks or clinician communications. - Recruiter Support: - Hold dedicated time for new and permanent recruiters. - Build and maintain a library of outreach messaging (text, email, voicemail). - Coordinate with training to keep it accessible across shared folders, intranet, and collaboration sites. - Hot Job Sourcing: Select Hot Jobs and source candidates across Lucid candidate source sites. Choose the most effective workflow - one job across all sources, or one source across all jobs. - End-of-Day Follow-Up: Verify that active, responsive clinicians were contacted by recruiters; if not, investigate and report why. You'll run a full desk with autonomy - building and managing your own pipeline of healthcare professionals. You'll be equipped with AI-assisted tools that surface high-fit candidates, prioritize your pipeline, and reduce the manual work that slows most desks down. This is a builder opportunity.
