• Manage a portfolio of clients, guiding them through installation and onboarding • Analyze results and set goals for food waste reduction • Ensure quality of data provided by customers • Conduct customer review and goal-setting meetings • Support with hardware installations and kick-off meetings • Assist customers with technical questions related to the solution
• Implement frontend features and contribute to backend services, ensuring seamless integration between the user interface and data processing layers • Take ownership of assigned features from development to deployment, managing your own tasks effectively and maintaining a steady delivery pace in an agile environment • Collaborate closely with the product to deliver rapid prototypes and innovative user experiences • Write clean, tested, scalable, and well-documented code • Participate in system design discussions and contribute to the team’s code review process to maintain high quality • Monitor system performance to identify bugs or bottlenecks, working with the team to troubleshoot and ship improvements
• Help lead the architecture and development of our software platform • Execute the technical strategy for processing and analysing vast streams of IoT data • Design scalable systems that deliver actionable, real-time insights • Lead the frontend technical strategy while contributing to the backend roadmap • Drive execution on multiple projects, navigating through uncertainties • Collaborate closely with the product to deliver rapid prototypes and innovative user experiences • Define and uphold technical standards related to system design, scalability, and code quality • Monitor systems to identify and resolve complex problems
• Support both HR Operations and Talent Acquisition during a high-growth period at KITRO • Act as KITRO’s Personio owner, ensuring accurate and compliant employee data • Oversee time tracking and timesheet accuracy, including follow-ups with employees and managers • Plan and coordinate quarterly team meetings and run quarterly engagement surveys • Run and support recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination • Own 100% completion of onboarding and offboarding processes
• Prospect qualified leads across assigned regions • Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone) • Book qualified discovery meetings for the AE team • Maintain clean, up-to-date records in HubSpot • Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging • Provide feedback from the field to improve pitch, and objection handling
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the customer base within the hospitality industry (hotels, restaurants, venues, etc.). • Leverage your network and industry connections to establish relationships with key stakeholders in target organizations. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and influencers. • Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions to address their specific business challenges. • Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. • Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless customer journey. • Manage and prioritize a pipeline of opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets. • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals. • Provide feedback to the product team based on client interactions to support continuous improvement. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies. • Provide regular updates, forecasts, and insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
