• Identify, research, and prospect new client opportunities within targeted industries • Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers • Learn the executive search process from end to end • Collaborate with senior recruiters and leadership to understand client needs • Gradually take on candidate sourcing, screening, and placement responsibilities • Work toward managing a full recruitment desk as part of your career progression
