Tenor
• Your north star will be the number of meetings attended by qualified personas at Tenor’s ICP - and your variable comp is built to reward exactly that • You’ll run outbound across multiple channels: cold email, cold calling, and LinkedIn • You’ll help refine and improve messaging, sequences, and targeting — and double down on what works • You’ll manage pipeline and reporting in HubSpot to keep the whole team in sync • You’ll bring insight from your conversations back to the team to help us iterate on positioning, product, and strategy
Job Requirements
- Have at least 1 year of SDR experience, ideally selling enterprise SaaS
- Are a stellar communicator - clear, sharp, and human
- Are comfortable speaking with senior decision makers at F500 companies, with warmth, passion, and authenticity
- Move fast, experiment, and aren’t afraid to try a new messaging approach or channel
- Are excited about the future of leadership and learning, and fired up about AI’s role in it
- Work well independently, but love being part of a high-trust, high-performance team
- Know your way around tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator (and can learn fast)

• Execute high-volume outbound outreach, including calls, emails, and social touches, to create new pipeline with maintenance and operations teams, consistently meeting daily and weekly activity expectations. • Run structured, consultative discovery to understand processes, pain points, and goals, and clearly map Coast’s value to each prospect’s workflows. • Research accounts and contacts prior to outreach to personalize messaging and improve conversion and meeting quality. • Develop a strong understanding of Coast’s product and customer use cases so you can confidently communicate benefits and handle common questions. • Maintain accurate, timely logging of all activities and customer interactions in Outreach and Salesforce to ensure a clean, reportable pipeline. • Qualify opportunities against agreed criteria and reliably schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives. • Consistently hit or exceed monthly targets for activities, meetings set, and qualified opportunities, taking ownership of results and improvement actions. • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to test messaging, share prospect feedback, and continuously improve outreach playbooks. • Act as an internal point of contact for any Spanish‑language needs across Coast, including: ○ Joining discovery, demo, implementation, and troubleshooting calls that require a Spanish speaker. ○ Providing real‑time translation or clarification between Spanish‑speaking customers and English‑speaking teammates. ○ Helping localize or review implementation materials, training content, and standard communications for Spanish‑speaking prospects and customers.
• Identify and qualify new prospects through online research, social media, and internal databases. • Reach out to prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media to understand their needs and present Vizualeez solutions. • Present and demonstrate Vizualeez features to prospects. • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies. • Maintain regular follow-up with prospects to convert them into potential customers. • Ensure clear and consistent communication with potential clients. • Professionally and persuasively address prospects’ questions and objections. • Ensure a smooth handover of qualified prospects to the sales team for closing. • Track and analyze the performance of prospecting campaigns. • Regularly report results and progress to the sales management. • Recommend improvements and adjustments to prospecting strategies based on results.
