• Own the conversion of warm, AI-generated inbound and outbound responses into qualified meetings. • Ensure every lead is engaged and moved forward with urgency. • Maintain a consistent flow of high-quality pipeline for Account Executives. • Execute structured daily call blocks targeting high-signal accounts, including engaged prospects, reactivated leads, existing customers, and closed-lost opportunities. • Use phone outreach as a primary channel to accelerate conversations and qualification. • Quickly assess prospect fit, identify buying intent, and secure meetings. • Actively participate in platforms where target buyers engage (e.g. LinkedIn, Reddit). • Leverage AI-driven outbound systems that handle list building, segmentation, and initial outreach.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and activity targets
- Strong phone presence and comfort with high-volume calling
- Excellent written communication skills (email and social selling)
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience working with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, async-first environment

• Execute high-volume outbound outreach, including calls, emails, and social touches, to create new pipeline with maintenance and operations teams, consistently meeting daily and weekly activity expectations. • Run structured, consultative discovery to understand processes, pain points, and goals, and clearly map Coast’s value to each prospect’s workflows. • Research accounts and contacts prior to outreach to personalize messaging and improve conversion and meeting quality. • Develop a strong understanding of Coast’s product and customer use cases so you can confidently communicate benefits and handle common questions. • Maintain accurate, timely logging of all activities and customer interactions in Outreach and Salesforce to ensure a clean, reportable pipeline. • Qualify opportunities against agreed criteria and reliably schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives. • Consistently hit or exceed monthly targets for activities, meetings set, and qualified opportunities, taking ownership of results and improvement actions. • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to test messaging, share prospect feedback, and continuously improve outreach playbooks. • Act as an internal point of contact for any Spanish‑language needs across Coast, including: ○ Joining discovery, demo, implementation, and troubleshooting calls that require a Spanish speaker. ○ Providing real‑time translation or clarification between Spanish‑speaking customers and English‑speaking teammates. ○ Helping localize or review implementation materials, training content, and standard communications for Spanish‑speaking prospects and customers.
