• Your north star will be the number of meetings attended by qualified personas at Tenor’s ICP • Run outbound prospecting across multiple channels, primarily phone • Help create and refine messaging, sequences, and targeting • Bring insights from conversations to help iterate on positioning, product, and strategy
• Support onboarding and rollout preparation (materials, coordination, follow-ups) • Help customers understand best practices and drive early adoption • Track questions, risks, and action items so nothing falls through the cracks • Help standardize onboarding and lifecycle workflows • Create and maintain lightweight customer-facing resources (guides, templates, FAQs) • Shadow customer calls and help with notes, next steps, and internal alignment • Surface product feedback and patterns from customers • Partner with Product and Sales to keep the customer journey tight
• Work closely with the founding team to design and build the world’s best management training solution, powered by state-of-the-art AI models. • Produce high-quality software with minimal bugs, clean code, and lasting architecture. • Serve as a role model as we build the best culture in the industry: a place where excellence and honesty can coexist with kindness, playfulness, and supportiveness.
