This is a remote position. Role Overview Rhodeway Financial is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Order Entry Specialist to join our customer operations team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our transaction processing, ensuring that all customer orders and financial data are entered into our systems with 100% accuracy. You will work closely with both the sales and billing departments to maintain a seamless workflow and provide a high-quality experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities Data Management: Accurately enter high volumes of customer orders, contracts, and financial information into the company database. Quality Control: Review incoming orders for completeness and compliance with Rhodeway Financial’s internal policies. Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and resolve order errors or missing information by communicating directly with account managers or customers. Record Maintenance: Update and maintain digital customer profiles, ensuring all contact information and billing preferences are current. Process Optimization: Suggest improvements for data entry workflows to increase speed and reduce the risk of manual errors. Cross-Functional Support: Assist the billing department in reconciling monthly statements against entered orders. Requirements Qualifications Experience: 1–3 years of experience in data entry, order processing, or a similar administrative role (financial services experience is a plus). Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with CRM or ERP software. Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in alphanumeric data entry and the ability to spot minor inconsistencies. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional internal and external correspondence.
