Job Requirements
- Fluent in Swedish and English, German is a strong advantage
- Significant experience recruiting specialised engineering talent within defence, aerospace, electronics, or advanced technology sectors
- Strong understanding of Swedish and Nordic engineering talent markets
- Demonstrated ability to partner credibly with senior engineering leaders and technical hiring managers in high bar technical hiring environments
- Proven ability to source and engage highly specialised technical profiles
- Highly organised and comfortable operating independently in fast paced environments.
