• Lead end to end recruitment for specialised engineering and defence technology roles across Sweden and the Nordic region • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring priorities and technical candidate profiles • Build targeted pipelines within Nordic defence and advanced engineering talent markets • Identify and engage engineers working on electronics, embedded systems, communications technologies, sensing systems, and related fields • Provide market insight on talent availability and hiring risks within Nordic engineering sectors • Ensure structured candidate evaluation and consistent hiring decisions • Maintain accurate recruitment pipelines and data within Personio

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in Swedish and English, German is a strong advantage
  • Significant experience recruiting specialised engineering talent within defence, aerospace, electronics, or advanced technology sectors
  • Strong understanding of Swedish and Nordic engineering talent markets
  • Demonstrated ability to partner credibly with senior engineering leaders and technical hiring managers in high bar technical hiring environments
  • Proven ability to source and engage highly specialised technical profiles
  • Highly organised and comfortable operating independently in fast paced environments.
