• Act as a talent partner to hiring managers, understanding hiring needs and supporting profile definitions and prioritization. • Align job openings, job descriptions, postings and publications across internal and external channels. • Manage end-to-end selection processes: screenings, one-on-one interviews, behavioral interviews and group exercises when necessary. • Prepare interview reports with a clear assessment of technical and cultural fit. • Organize and keep tracking sheets and vacancy monitoring spreadsheets up to date. • Provide regular reports to management on vacancy status, metrics and risks. • Conduct reference checks when applicable. • Ensure a positive, efficient and human-centered experience for candidates and hiring managers. • Follow internal recruitment and selection (R&S) processes with organization and discipline, using creativity to enhance attraction. • Provide insights and contribute to continuous improvements in recruitment practices, tools and strategies. • Work with adaptability in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment and selection; internships or junior-level experience accepted.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse profiles.
- Proactive, creative and energetic mindset with a desire to learn and deliver results.
- Organized, disciplined and attentive to processes.
- Experience in transforming or fast-growing environments.
- Familiarity with digital recruiting tools (LinkedIn, Gupy and others).
- Experience in consulting or operations managing a high volume of vacancies.
