Account Manager
Raya Diagnostics
• Prepare and evaluate analyses to support and further develop customer relationships. • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and operational matters. • Maintain regular coordination with customers to ensure monthly supply needs are met by Raya. • Manage customer projects in collaboration with internal teams. • Systematically identify and capitalize on expansion and upsell opportunities within existing accounts. • Develop initiatives to continuously improve our service with the goal of customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow.
Job Requirements
- Several years of experience in a clinical setting, hospitality, account management, sales, or a comparable field.
- Experience in the healthcare/hospital sector is a major advantage.
- A completed vocational training is sufficient; a degree in a business-related field is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Quick comprehension, self-initiative, and a high level of commitment.
- Stakeholder management with a cooperative manner and an appropriate degree of assertiveness.
- Persuasive, professional, polite, and precise communication style.
- Excellent German language skills, written and spoken (C1/C2).
