Franchise Performance Manager

• Responsible for managing and supporting all franchise partners within an assigned territory. • Train franchise partners on system standards and ensure those standards are followed. • Support franchise partners in site development, including identifying growth opportunities, implementing best practices, and carrying out marketing and sales activities. • Maintain regular communication with franchise partners to understand their needs and provide solutions. • Prepare reports on franchise partner performance and provide recommendations for improvement. • We continuously develop the franchise system together. You will support this process and take ownership of smaller projects.

Job Requirements

  • Several years of experience managing franchise partners or in a similar role, such as sales operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory (driving license class B required).
  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
