• Play a critical role in shaping and executing talent acquisition strategies • Lead complex searches for clinical research and life sciences talent • Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders • Mentor team members and drive recruitment initiatives • Contribute to the organizational talent acquisition direction • Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates • Build strategic talent networks within the life sciences industry • Manage complex recruitment projects across the organization • Enhance candidate assessment processes • Provide thought leadership on industry trends and best practices

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting in the life sciences and/or clinical research industry
  • 7+ years of experience advising and influencing senior leaders
  • Advanced proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Proven experience leading complex recruitment campaigns
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with MS Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
