• Partner with cloud engineers to create IaC (Infrastructure as code) for our solutions deployment. • Create the required accompanying technical documentation. • Work in AWS/GCP environment to provide end to end solution for Application development and deployments. • Participate in technical discussions within engineering group in all phases of the SDLC: review requirement, participate in peer reviews and post deployment support.

• Partner with AEs early in deals to identify and refine the highest-impact use cases • Guide conversations from “what do you want to build” → where is the measurable value • Translate use cases into clear, defensible business cases • Ensure every POC is tied to measurable impact • Create the infrastructure for value-driven selling

• Architect and lead implementation of AI-powered features within Product & Technology applications • Provide hands-on technical leadership in system design, model integration strategies, prompt engineering • Lead the implementation of AI assistants and automation across engineering workflows • Establish and monitor KPIs for delivery performance, system uptime, AI feature adoption • Collaborate closely with Cloud, IT, Security, QA, Data, and Operations • Coach and develop engineering managers and senior engineers, building strong succession depth and AI competency

• Provide technical leadership and advisory oversight across engineering teams and initiatives. • Define and evolve system architecture and design standards, ensuring scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability. • Guide teams on technology selection, architectural trade-offs, and best practices. • Serve as a technical mentor to senior and mid-level engineers, raising overall engineering maturity. • Oversee and improve CI/CD, release management, and DevOps practices to enable reliable, high-velocity delivery. • Establish strong repository management and code governance practices using platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, or equivalent. • Partner with product, business, and leadership stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical strategy. • Review critical designs, lead architectural discussions, and provide final technical sign-off where required. • Drive adoption of engineering best practices, including security, observability, performance, and reliability.
