Backend Developer I
GFT Technologies
• Develop and maintain robust, efficient RESTful APIs using Node.js and TypeScript. • Create and manage serverless services using AWS Lambda. • Implement and maintain asynchronous communication between services using AWS SNS (topics) and SQS (queues). • Orchestrate events and workflows using AWS EventBridge. • Model and manage non-relational databases (DynamoDB) and relational databases (PostgreSQL). • Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and stability, using frameworks such as Jest. • Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins for build and deployment automation. • Monitor application health and performance using observability tools such as Datadog.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of backend development experience, preferably with Node.js.
- Proficiency in TypeScript.
- Strong experience with AWS services, including Lambda, SNS, SQS, and EventBridge.
- Knowledge of non-relational databases, especially DynamoDB.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools such as Jenkins.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog.
- Strong knowledge of unit testing (Jest).
