As an Integrations Engineer, you will be at the forefront of connecting BigPanda's platform with a variety of external systems used by our customers - including ServiceNow, Jira, webhooks, Datadog, vCenter, CloudWatch, Microsoft Teams, and PagerDuty. You'll design, build, and maintain integrations that normalize and enrich alert data, enabling smarter incident management and faster response times. As a Backend Engineer, you will take on challenging problems, design and implement robust, scalable features, and diagnose complex system issues. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies, including Node.js, AWS services, and more.
