• Serve as the primary point of contact with DCSA leadership and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), ensuring successful execution of all contract requirements and deliverables. • Lead day-to-day program operations, providing strategic direction, oversight, and coordination across cross-functional teams to meet mission objectives. • Manage program scope, schedule, budget, and performance metrics, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. • Oversee staffing, workforce planning, and personnel performance to ensure appropriately cleared and qualified team members are aligned to mission needs. • Ensure compliance with federal regulations, DoW policies, security requirements, and contractual obligations, maintaining readiness for audits and reviews. • Prepare and deliver executive-level briefings, status reports, and performance updates to government stakeholders and corporate leadership. • Maintain a positive, results-oriented work environment by building partnerships with internal and external partners. • Manage budgets, prepare cost estimates, and track resources using financial management tools. • Actively communicate with clients to understand and define current needs and priorities. • Support a full range of business development activities from pipeline development, opportunity qualification, capture strategy, and writing proposals.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex federal or DoW programs (10+ years), with demonstrated success overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and performance in a mission-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a Technical Field.
- Candidate must have an active Top-Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.
- Candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S.
- Project Management Professional Certification.
- Master’s degree.
- 2 years’ experience working with DCSA.
- 5 years’ experience with working on/around cloud platforms in AWS.
- 2 years’ experience with one or more analytical and visualization software packages (such as QuickSight, PowerBI, Tableau and GIS software).
- Ability to self-organize, priorities and conduct research on multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- An ability to communicate and write clearly in English.
