• Pre-screening & initial contact: You get in touch with interested candidates (by phone or digitally), answer initial questions, and assess whether our offering matches their goals. • Qualification: You evaluate, based on clear criteria, whether applicants meet the requirements for our courses and funding options (e.g., education vouchers). • Applicant management: You manage the process from the first inquiry through handover to our senior consultants and ensure that no information is lost. • Data quality & tools: You maintain our CRM system and learn how to keep digital sales pipelines well organized. • Support & research: You assist the team with administrative tasks, communication with employment agencies, and researching new sales opportunities.
Job Requirements
- You are enrolled as a regular student at a university.
- Enjoy interacting with people: You are comfortable on the phone and able to adapt empathetically to different conversation partners.
- Digital affinity: You are at home in the digital world. Tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) are no problem; first experience with a CRM is a plus but not required.
- Working style: You work in a structured, reliable, and independent way. You take initiative and don’t just wait for instructions.
- Language: You speak and write German at an excellent level (C2/native speaker), as the role involves extensive written and telephone contact.
