• You implement a comprehensive tracking and reporting system in HubSpot and collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success. • Responsible for data-driven allocation of the marketing budget across performance channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, content marketing, events, etc.) to maximize ROI. • Continuously analyze and optimize the performance of individual marketing channels; identify scaling opportunities and optimization levers. • Work with state-of-the-art RevOps solutions and implement AI tools or add-on components where required. • Develop and maintain executive dashboards with key metrics (CAC, LTV, ARR, conversion rates, etc.) in collaboration with the CSO and data scientists. • Report directly to the CEO.

• You identify potential customers for our snapAddy solutions — through inbound leads, referrals and cold outreach • You systematically prepare and conduct online customer meetings (via Microsoft Teams) • You create proposals and negotiate contracts with customers • You liaise with our development department regarding product enhancements and customer feature requests (SalesTec meetings) • You regularly attend trade shows and events • You document your sales activities and successes in the CRM system
