Coordinator III – Customer Order Operations

• Manage the end-to-end processing of customer sales orders, including order entry, validation, and tracking, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures. • Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and delivery schedules, providing timely and professional responses. • Collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, Production, and Finance teams to resolve order-related issues, discrepancies, and special requests. • Monitor order backlogs and proactively communicate potential delays or changes to customers and relevant internal stakeholders. • Generate and analyze reports on order volume, fulfillment rates, and customer service metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Assist in the development and documentation of order processing procedures and best practices to enhance operational efficiency. • Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving customer order experience and supply chain effectiveness. • Handle order escalations and work towards swift resolutions, ensuring minimal disruption to customer operations. • Ensure compliance with all relevant international trade regulations and company policies related to order fulfillment and shipping.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer order operations, order management, or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and data entry.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
