• Develop training content and programs focused on sales techniques and execution at the point of sale (POS). • Train promoters and field teams in approach, sales pitch, conversion, and product display. • Conduct in-person and online training throughout the country. • Plan training schedules according to commercial and regional priorities. • Monitor field team performance indicators to identify training needs. • Propose development plans to improve execution and sales results. • Ensure standardization of approach and execution practices at the POS. • Support special initiatives, product launches and campaigns with targeted sales force training. • Measure training effectiveness using performance indicators and the field team’s progression.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Communications, or related areas.
- Previous experience training sales teams or promoters.
- Experience in Trade Marketing, retail, or the consumer goods industry.
- Experience delivering both in-person and online training.
- Technical knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Availability to travel.
- Ability to create training content, standardize POS best practices, and improve field team performance through strategic training.

We are seeking a Budget Analyst wo will be responsible for developing and analyzing budgets over their complete life cycle. Work as part of the department’s financial team, make recommendations and decisions on financial allocations, and advise management on budget issues.
