• Analyze, configure, and support SAP MM modules including procurement, inventory management, and material master data • Gather, document, and validate business requirements; translate them into functional specifications and technical solutions • Develop and support ABAP enhancements, reports, interfaces, conversions, and forms (RICEFW objects) • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across SAP MM and integrated modules (e.g., FI, WM, PM) • Perform system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and support deployment activities • Develop process documentation, user guides, and training materials • Support data integrity initiatives including master data governance and cleanup efforts • Collaborate with Basis, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure system stability and compliance

We are seeking a Budget Analyst wo will be responsible for developing and analyzing budgets over their complete life cycle. Work as part of the department’s financial team, make recommendations and decisions on financial allocations, and advise management on budget issues. Specific Duties & Responsibilities - Develop a variety of budgets, e.g., unrestricted funds, sponsored funds, revenue and gift accounts, using appropriate cost rates for indirect and benefit costs, including all anticipated cost projections, and ensuring consistency with budgeted dollars. - Review and analyze proposed budget plans to confirm thorough and appropriate content and consistency with fiscal requirements and recommend alternatives to ensure project results. - Submit final budgets for approval. - Monitor expenditures, perform budget reconciliation, and make projections based on detailed analysis of fiscal performance and related financial assumptions. - Consolidate budgets into operating and capital budget summaries and statements. - Interpret policy and procedure for the department/unit based on understanding of university policies and/or sponsoring agency guidelines. - Develop comprehensive reports for department/unit administration, faculty, and federal and sponsoring agencies. - Identify over-expenditures and communicate as required with affected faculty and/or staff. - Advise and assist with resolving funding shortfalls/budget variances by recommending an appropriate course of action. - Develop payment schedules and monitor receipt of payments from external and internal entities. - Proactively advise faculty and appropriate administrative staff on the status and availability of funds. - Use various software applications, such as spreadsheets, relational databases, statistical packages, and graphics packages to assemble, manipulate, and format data and/or reports. - Keep abreast of laws and regulations that impact compliance. - Other duties as assigned. • The Data Surveillance Analyst (DSA) is responsible for analyzing scientific and operational data to support the Data Surveillance process and reviewing project-specific Quality Tolerance Limits. • Assist in developing Data Surveillance Plans (DSPs) and conduct defined project reviews. • Attend internal and external Data Surveillance meetings, where they present relevant findings to the project team. • Support cross-functional study team with expertise of Data Surveillance Process and supporting technologies. • Support the development of a robust Data Surveillance Plan, including Key Risk Indicators, Quality Tolerance Limits. • Configure and Maintain Data Surveillance technologies. • Review relevant data via the scoped technologies, identifying findings related to trends, outliers, emerging risks, and systemic issues. • Document findings from Data Surveillance review. • Provide feedback and work with Technology teams to identify potential solutions that match the business and technology strategy. • Perform presentations explaining identified findings to internal cross-functional study team and client team. • Apply working knowledge and judgment to identify and evaluate potential data quality trend, outliers, and emergent issues. • Determine and implement appropriate follow-up action with the input of other / relevant parties and / or guidance provided, if applicable. • Actively participate in external or internal meetings and audits & regulatory inspections as required. • Recognize impact of study non-compliance/issues/delays/data quality signals and communicate/promptly escalate to FL any site and/or study issues that require immediate action. • Maintain a working knowledge of and ensure compliance with applicable ICH-GCP Guidelines, international and local regulations, Parexel SOPs, other Parexel / Sponsor training requirements and study. • Collaborate with DS Team Members to correlate findings from various sources. • Support Project Leads with DS Review meeting, driving reviews and decisions as needed and agreeing on actions. • Engage DS Team to compile signals/actions into client ready list.
