You'll own campaign performance, cost efficiency, and conversion strategy — translating data into clear, actionable insights for our account management team. • Campaign Management & Optimisation: Manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Performance Max, Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis using Google Keyword Planner, Write high-performing, on-brief ad copy — strictly aligned to client-requested services/products only. • Optimise campaigns for ROI, lead generation, and sales; manage budgets with commercial discipline, Advise on landing page requirements (designer builds; you provide strategic direction). • Reporting & Collaboration: Prepare clear, commercially focused monthly performance reports (impressions, clicks, conversions, share of voice), Support account managers with weekly progress updates and plain-English strategy explanations. • Stay current with Google algorithm updates, new ad formats, and AI search developments (e.g., AI Overviews). • Quality & Compliance: Ensure all campaigns adhere strictly to client briefs, advertise exactly what's requested, no self-directed additions, Implement and monitor conversion tracking; troubleshoot discrepancies with precision, Maintain organised campaign structures and documentation for seamless handovers.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads management experience (agency or SMB portfolio preferred)
  • Google Ads certification (required)
  • Proven track record improving ROI, CPA, or conversion rates for SMB clients
  • Strong copywriting skills: concise, on-brief, conversion-focused messaging
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Keyword Planner, and conversion tracking setup
  • Clear, professional English communication; written and verbal
  • Self-starter who owns workflow, meets deadlines, and flags risks early
  • Preferred Qualifications: Google Tag Manager experience, Landing page optimisation knowledge, eCommerce campaign management experience, Familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar competitive intelligence tools
