• Develop and execute communication strategies that promote a culture of quality, safety, compliance, and customer service across global operations. • Develop and execute communication strategies that articulate the value of Viatris’ portfolio that spans generics, established brands and innovative brands. • Support executive and senior leaders across Operations, Quality, R&D and Commercial with communications strategies to drive engagement, visibility and connection with colleagues. • Bring together key communicators across our Operations, R&D and Commercial network to drive employee engagement and promote knowledge and best practice sharing to enhance communications efforts. • Provide strategic counsel and develop communications to support organizational announcements, restructuring activities, transformation initiatives, divestitures and integrations impacting Operations, Quality, Commercial and R&D. • Collaborate & align globally with multiple teams to ensure consistency with brand standards and adherence to the evolving corporate narrative.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in communication or related discipline is preferred.
- 8-10+ years of communications experience within the pharmaceutical industry is required.
- Ability to translate complex scientific and commercial concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
- Proven ability to lead communications around sensitive matters.
- Strong collaborator and relationship builder, able to influence and connect effectively across all levels and functions.
- Skilled at identifying operational efficiencies and applying communications best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced and complex environment.
