• Partner closely with our team to understand hiring needs and role requirements • Proactively source and attract top talent across various channels • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews • Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience • Contribute ideas to improve hiring strategies and processes

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment - **at least 3 years **(agency or in-house)
  • Confidence in sourcing for both technical and non-technical roles (junior positions included)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently
  • A natural ability to spot talent and match people with the right opportunities
  • Proficiency in English** (and Bulgarian or Russian/ Ukrainian)
