• As a Technical Consultant – ABAP, you will design, develop, and maintain SAP ABAP solutions for international clients across a range of industries. • Translate functional requirements into high-quality technical solutions, contributing across RICEFW developments and system integrations. • Apply strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills to deliver robust and scalable solutions. • Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, functional consultants, and senior technical team members to ensure technical accuracy, alignment with business needs, and successful project delivery. • Produce clear technical documentation and support high-quality releases through disciplined development practices, thorough testing, and adherence to established standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development, including strong exposure to RICEFW objects.
  • Solid expertise in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization within SAP environments.
  • Practical experience with at least one core SAP functional module, such as FICO, HCM, or BCM.
  • Good understanding of Object-Oriented ABAP (OO-ABAP) and Web Services, including SOAP and REST-based integrations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, combined with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.

This is a hands-on role for a mid-level consultant who can work across both functional and technical areas, helping to improve business processes, configure system changes, troubleshoot issues, and support key integrations connected to these modules. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Workday Benefits and Learning configuration, along with the technical capability to support and troubleshoot integrations, inbound and outbound data flows, and related system dependencies. This person should be comfortable partnering with business stakeholders while also handling technical analysis and solution execution.
