Job Title: Workday Benefits and Learning Techno-Functional Consultant Location: Remote / Hybrid / Onsite Employment Type: 6 Month Contract - Full Time Experience Level: Mid-Level, 5+ Years Position Overview We are seeking a Workday Benefits and Learning Techno-Functional Consultant to support a client environment through configuration, optimization, and integration support across Workday Benefits and Learning. This is a hands-on role for a mid-level consultant who can work across both functional and technical areas, helping to improve business processes, configure system changes, troubleshoot issues, and support key integrations connected to these modules. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Workday Benefits and Learning configuration, along with the technical capability to support and troubleshoot integrations, inbound and outbound data flows, and related system dependencies. This person should be comfortable partnering with business stakeholders while also handling technical analysis and solution execution. Key Responsibilities - Configure and support Workday Benefits and Learning modules based on business and operational requirements - Review current system setup and recommend enhancements aligned to Workday best practices - Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues across benefits plans, eligibility rules, enrollment events, learning courses, campaigns, and assignments - Support configuration updates for benefit plans, life events, open enrollment, learning content structure, learner groups, and business processes - Assist with technical design, support, and troubleshooting of integrations impacting Benefits and Learning - Analyze inbound and outbound files, integration touchpoints, and data dependencies tied to vendors, carriers, and third party systems - Partner with HR, Benefits, Learning, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions - Support testing efforts including unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing - Investigate production issues and resolve defects related to both configuration and integrations - Document business requirements, configuration decisions, integration mappings, test scripts, and issue resolutions - Provide post production support and identify opportunities to improve system stability, automation, and user experience Required Qualifications - 5+ years of Workday consulting experience with hands-on exposure to both functional and technical work - Strong experience configuring Workday Benefits and Learning - Experience supporting, troubleshooting, or developing Workday integrations related to Benefits and Learning - Understanding of Workday best practices across benefits administration, enrollment processes, and learning management - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions - Experience with testing, defect resolution, and production support - Strong communication skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams - Comfortable working independently in a client facing environment Preferred Qualifications - Experience with EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, or Document Transformation - Familiarity with carrier feeds, benefits vendors, and third party learning content or platform integrations - Understanding of business processes, security, reporting, and downstream impacts related to Benefits and Learning - Prior experience in a complex, multi module Workday environment - BIG ON KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER and empowering client team to be self-sufficient - Workday certifications in Benefits, Learning, or Integrations preferred Ideal Candidate Profile - Balanced techno-functional consultant with strong configuration skills and technical depth - Able to move between stakeholder conversations and hands-on system work with ease - Strong problem solver who can identify root causes and implement practical solutions - Detail oriented, collaborative, and comfortable supporting both project and production work

The Interface Engineer Consultant is responsible for providing expert support and maintenance for Mirth Connect, an open-source healthcare integration engine. This role involves troubleshooting, configuring, and optimizing Mirth Connect implementations to ensure seamless data exchange between healthcare systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare IT and a deep understanding of health information exchange standards. who has experience with Java, Postgres, and Linux server environments.
