ORAEX CLOUD CONSULTING
• Support the identification, analysis and remediation of vulnerabilities in operating systems and servers. • Execute the application of security patches in Windows, Linux and Unix environments. • Support analysis of vulnerabilities identified by security tools, contributing to prioritization based on criticality, exposure and business impact. • Contribute to the control, monitoring and reduction of the backlog of critical and high-severity vulnerabilities. • Support remediation of vulnerabilities related to hardening, outdated operating system versions, infrastructure components and base software. • Assist in the technical validation of applied fixes, ensuring the effectiveness of remediation and evidence of compliance. • Support analysis of vulnerability recurrence and propose preventive actions to reduce reoccurrence. • Monitor remediation SLAs according to criticality and client-defined policies. • Assist in the collection, consolidation and analysis of data for technical reports, operational indicators and vulnerability dashboards. • Support the gathering of technical information about clients' server estates. • Ensure activities are executed in accordance with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem and Configuration Management). • Support the operational activities of the infrastructure and security team. • Support automation initiatives for operational tasks such as information collection, server inventory, patch status validation and recurring routines. • Perform critical analyses and validations of procedures in high-complexity environments with significant business risk. • Support handling of exceptions, action plans and risk register entries when immediate correction is not possible.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Experience with vulnerability management, operating system updates and patching.
- Knowledge of analyzing vulnerabilities identified by tools such as security scanners and the ability to support their prioritization.
- Knowledge of applying security patches, post-deployment validation and basic troubleshooting in case of failures.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Analytical skills and a critical mindset for validating procedures and actions in complex environments.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana or similar.
- Knowledge of scripting and automation, such as Shell Script, Bash and Python.
- Experience with automation tools and infrastructure-as-code (Ansible, Terraform and other IaC tools).
- Experience with middleware environments such as WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat, among others.

Job Summary The FIU SAR Control Investigator Sr. is responsible for assessing SAR recommended cases received from the offshore team members. They will document findings, and provide feedback to offshore investigators. The incumbent shall make the decision on these cases for final SAR determinations. The FIU SAR Control Investigator is responsible for the preparation of the suspicious activity report narrative for all cases recommended for SAR filing by the offshore team, ensuring all relevant information is included in the SAR. Job Duties and Responsibilities - Evaluates SAR recommended cases from offshore investigators to ensure/determine, if SAR filing is warranted. Reviews SAR recommended cases from Offshore Investigators to ascertain accuracy and completeness.
