Engineering Manager, Guest Online Ordering

• Lead and grow a team of Engineers focused on guest ordering and menu conversion • Own execution and outcomes across conversion, quality, and performance in the guest ordering funnel • Partner closely with Product, Design, and cross functional teams to deliver high impact, guest centric solutions • Work alongside a strong technical partner to drive clarity, alignment, and momentum • Help shape how applied machine learning and automation improve menu quality and conversion at scale • Stay close to the work by unblocking engineers, reviewing designs, and contributing when helpful • Build a culture of high standards, urgency, and continuous improvement
Job Requirements
- Three or more years of experience managing or tech leading engineering teams
- Prior Staff level engineering experience or equivalent technical depth
- Strong product sense and an instinct for high leverage work
- Comfort operating in cross functional, dependency rich environments
- Interest or experience shipping ML or AI driven product systems is a plus
- Hands on mindset with a desire to stay technically sharp
- Coachable, curious, and excited to grow with the team
