• You are the engine of our outbound motion for the French-speaking market. • You identify the right target accounts, initiate conversations with decision-makers via phone, email, LinkedIn (and other channels), and convert those conversations into qualified meetings and pipeline for our Account Executives. • Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to continuously improve our messaging, sequences, and playbooks. • Goal: build a predictable outbound engine that generates qualified opportunities week after week. • Understand our market segments, map buyer personas and buying centers. • Leverage signals (hiring, funding, tech stack, growth, organizational changes, etc.). • Multi-channel outreach: calls, emails, LinkedIn — and test new channels. • Form hypotheses, run tests, measure results, and iterate. • Ask the right questions, qualify quickly, and book high-quality meetings. • Execute clean handoffs to Account Executives (context, pain points, stakeholders, next steps). • Align daily with Sales and Marketing to continuously grow the pipeline.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales / prospecting / telesales (preferably B2B SaaS).
- Strong phone presence and confidence with cold calling.
- Structured execution: consistent follow-ups, discipline, and pipeline hygiene.
- Strong product and technical curiosity (able to learn quickly and communicate value clearly).
- Comfortable using a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
- Native-level French (C2). Fluent English is required.
