Ajax Systems

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets. • Build and manage enterprise pipeline through channel ecosystem • Develop go-to-market strategy aligned with regional direction in Electronic Security • Represent company at trade shows and industry events • Lead the local team to achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring market share growth. • Identify, develop and close large-scale enterprise projects in key verticals • Recruit, onboard and manage distributors • Drive partner enablement programs and joint business planning • Cashflow responsibility for Thailand (both sell-in and sell-out). • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy aligned with the company's overall goals. • Establish and report on metrics to measure team performance; correct deficiencies where necessary. • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team. • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and creativity. • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders. • Develop lighthouse reference projects • Conduct competitive analysis • Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline reporting • Provide quarterly business reviews • Deliver clear risk/opportunity analysis

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior management role, ideally as a Country Manager or a Sales Director in a similar capacity within the electronics security industry.
  • 5 - 8 years in the electronic security industry at the Managerial level.
  • Experience working with regional or global security brands
  • Strong network in the security industry on the Thailand market.
  • Strong understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and client needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional matrix team and environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel
  • Results-oriented nature and ability to show initiative and responsibility for own results.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to make things happen.
  • Well-presented, professional, reliable, and ethical.

The High Risk Underwriting Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that our High Risk merchants have a positive merchant experience and are onboarded in an efficient and compliant manner. The primary focus for this role will be to facilitate the merchant underwriting workflow for High Risk merchants who require partnership with our Compliance team, registration with the Card Brands, or have high credit risk exposure. A successful candidate will have experience in merchant risk underwriting or compliance, specifically reviewing and onboarding High Risk merchants (i.e. Adult, Dating, User Created Content, Gambling, Fantasy Sports, CBD, Money Service Businesses, Travel, Tickets, Events, etc.).
