Bilingual Troubleshooting Support
Keedian
• Process inbound and outbound call center phone calls. • Create and process ticket requests documenting work performed. • Remote troubleshooting skills utilized to respond to and proactively address issues. • Provide telephone support and propose troubleshooting for customers using Energy Management System interfaces. • Direct on-site third-party personnel supporting technical troubleshooting process. • Interpret and analyze data from HVAC and lighting systems. • Monitor installations and prepare reports with recommendations for optimizing energy usage.
Job Requirements
- Availability to work nights, weekday or weekends, average 8 hours per shift, ranging from 8pm to 4am.
- Language proficiency, native Spanish and advanced English (C1).
- Reliable power supply, wired high-speed internet connection, and a distraction-free environment.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Capability to communicate technical information in an accessible manner to non-technical personnel.
- Collaborative mindset.
- Active Student or Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical or related engineering is a plus.
- Great interpersonal skills and excellent inclination for learning new systems.
