• Build and own the semantic layer that powers analytics across customers, operations, commercial teams, and executive leadership • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs that support business decision-making and customer value visibility • Define and measure customer outcome metrics, including ROI, energy savings, operational efficiencies, and avoided costs • Translate business and operational requirements into scalable data models, reporting solutions, and analytical products • Ensure data quality, consistency, lineage, governance, and reliability across analytical models and reporting assets • Collaborate closely with Engineering to improve data structures, optimize analytical performance, and ensure data is analytics-ready • Help drive the transition from traditional BI tools into native reporting experiences within the Keedian platform • Contribute to the evolution of Keedian’s intelligence capabilities, including benchmarking, predictive analytics, fault detection, and optimization initiatives • Document best practices and help scale the company’s analytics capabilities as the platform grows

• Design, build, and evolve Keedian’s analytical platform and multi-tenant data lake architecture • Build and maintain scalable ingestion pipelines from operational systems, APIs, IoT devices, and telemetry sources • Develop and own analytical models, semantic layers, dashboards, and operational reporting • Ensure data quality, lineage, observability, freshness, scalability, and reliability across the platform • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to ensure systems and events are analytics-ready • Build the data foundation for predictive maintenance, operational intelligence, anomaly detection, and AI-driven optimization • Help define and measure customer impact through ROI, savings, and operational performance metrics • Contribute to architecture decisions, documentation, governance, and evolution of Keedian’s modern data stack

• Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate accounting records • Support month-end and year-end close activities • Perform reconciliations across bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, credit cards, and intercompany transactions • Support payroll validations and resolve discrepancies • Assist with cash tracking, treasury operations, and cash flow reporting • Help maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable processes • Build and maintain Excel-based reports and financial analysis • Identify discrepancies, trends, or operational inconsistencies in financial data • Prepare documentation and schedules for audits and compliance reviews • Work with multiple teams to validate financial information and improve reporting accuracy • Identify opportunities to automate or improve accounting and operational workflows

• Manage vendor performance across SLA, quality, and cost • Build and maintain a scalable vendor network across regions • Evaluate and replace underperforming vendors • Identify and evaluate hardware suppliers and field service partners • Compare technical and commercial options aligned with internal standards • Execute procurement of hardware, materials, and services • Analyze quotations, negotiate pricing, and manage contracts • Monitor and control cost per project and work order • Identify inefficiencies and reduce unnecessary costs • Benchmark vendors across regions and categories • Coordinate delivery of hardware and vendor availability • Track timelines and ensure readiness for execution • Prevent delays caused by missing materials or vendor misalignment • Support execution by ensuring vendors are aligned with project timelines and scope • Monitor execution performance (response time, resolution time) • Ensure vendors meet operational SLAs • Identify and address recurring issues

• Help manage and monitor cloud infrastructure across multiple providers • Support VPN connectivity and basic network troubleshooting • Monitor system health, respond to alerts, and participate in incident resolution • Execute operational tasks: deployments, credential rotation, backup validation, patching • Participate in on-call rotation and occasionally coordinate with US-based clients across different time zones • Work closely with engineering teams and product teams • Document processes and keep operational knowledge up to date • Contribute to building and maintaining shared infrastructure standards • Help establish the operational practices of a new team — your input shapes how we work

• Process inbound and outbound call center phone calls. • Create and process ticket requests documenting work performed. • Remote troubleshooting skills utilized to respond to and proactively address issues. • Provide telephone support and propose troubleshooting for customers using Energy Management System interfaces. • Direct on-site third-party personnel supporting technical troubleshooting process. • Interpret and analyze data from HVAC and lighting systems. • Monitor installations and prepare reports with recommendations for optimizing energy usage.

• Lead site surveys, solution architecture, and engagement delivery for BAS/EMS implementations. • Design control strategies aligned with Keedian standards and program, test, and commission multi-OEM BAS platforms (Niagara 4/AX, Metasys, EcoStruxure, Desigo, Trend, Novar, Trane, Emerson). • Validate point lists, sequences, alarms, and integrations prior to go-live. • Own delivery scope, timelines, risks, and outcomes across multi-site implementations. • Author technical solution designs, oversee implementation, and coordinate commissioning and verification with Keedian Remote Monitoring & Operations. • Manage non-standard changes through CAB, maintaining clear decision logs and rollback plans. • Deliver weekly status updates and contribute to QBRs with performance insights and lessons learned.
