• You thoroughly prepare and follow up sales conversations with end customers to achieve optimal results. • Conduct in-person sales meetings in which you convincingly present energy solutions and close deals. • You obtain confirmation of the customer's purchase intent and actively work open deals through targeted follow-up. • Maintaining and documenting sales conversations and deals in the CRM system is part of your daily routine. • You ensure that all required documents for meetings are complete and clarify any questions with the team. • Close communication and strong collaboration with adjacent areas such as partner management and specialist contractors. • You proactively bring market and customer feedback into the team to continuously improve our offering.
Job Requirements
- You hold a secondary school diploma (Abitur) or technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife) – a degree in business administration, marketing, or a commercial apprenticeship with sales experience is an advantage.
- At least 3–7 years of active sales experience (B2B/B2C), ideally with proven success in closing and achieving targets.
- You conduct sales conversations in a structured and confident manner and are familiar with sales processes and CRM systems.
- Strong closing skills, needs analysis, objection handling, pipeline management, and excellent time and priority management come naturally to you.
- You are resilient in the face of setbacks, a team player, strong in communication, and build trust quickly.
- A strong results and goal orientation, competitive and performance-driven mentality, as well as personal responsibility and discipline distinguish you.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment of your work complete your profile.

Role Description Rattaché au Sales Team Leader, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement du chiffre d’affaires et la génération de leads auprès d'entreprises françaises et/ou internationales de toutes tailles (TPE/PME/Grands Comptes). Vous serez notamment en charge de : - Développer de nouvelles opportunités via la prospection directe et les partenariats. - Identifier, structurer et activer des partenaires stratégiques. - Gérer la prospection automatique et directe. - Gérer de forts volumes de cold call. - Piloter tout le cycle de vente pour les clients TPE/PME dans un premier temps. - Assurer le rôle de CSM sur certains comptes clients à développer (nouvelles divisions, etc.). - Assurer le suivi des opportunités dans le CRM. - Produire un reporting régulier et fiable. - Construire une approche consultative structurée : qualification, mapping, plan de closing. Les "+" du poste : - Full remote avec 1 déplacement mensuel à Troyes. - Salaire : 32K€ à 50K€ (max) en fixe + 20/30K€ de variables sur objectifs. - Indemnité de télétravail. - Rejoindre une équipe qui travaille dans l'entraide. Qualifications - Vous avez au moins 2 ans sur un rôle de SDR/BDR solutions IT/SaaS. - Expérience nécessaire en tant que SDR, BDR, Business Developer, Account Executive, Commercial IT, etc. - Connaitre le domaine de l'IT (différence SaaS et on premise, SSO...). - Orienté résultats, autonome, polyvalent, goût du challenge et structuré. - Expérience avérée en prospection et développement commercial (cold calling, cold emailing). - À l’aise dans des cycles de vente B2B. - Savoir automatiser des campagnes de génération de lead. - Très bonne communication orale et écrite. - La maitrise de l'anglais est un plus.
